Wharf Rd Restaurant & Bar presents Ricardo Zarate

The Crave Sydney International Food Festival is almost upon us - one whole month dedicated to great food, wine and celebrating the amazing work that chefs and restaurateurs get up to.

This year, our own celebrity chef (many claim that term, but this guy truly walks the walk) Luke Mangan will fly out Los Angeles-based chef Ricardo Zarate, winner of USA magazine Food & Wine's 2011 Best New Chef.

The Peruvian-born chef can be found at either of his restaurants in LA, Picca and Mo-Chica, as well as travelling the globe showcasing his own special brand of modern Peruvian cuisine.

Proving that the big international chefs don't just stay in Sydney, Ricardo will be heading down the NSW south coast to visit his good friend, chef and restaurateur Dave Campbell for some deep sea fishing...and to present a spcial one off dinner at Wharf Rd Restaurant & Bar, Dave's new restaurant.

The dinner is a collaboration between Ricardo and Dave and will feature the two of them presenting some parts of the meal together...right to the table!

Tickets are very limited, so get in quick if you're in that neck of the woods this October.*
